We offer three tiers of planning support, tailored to the scope and complexity of your trip, ensuring you receive the exact level of curation your journey deserves.

EASY LUXE

  • Easy Luxe is designed for travelers who want curated hotels and smart routing - without the depth of a full itinerary. Whether it’s a simple resort escape or a multi-stop trip where hotels and overall flow are the focus, we outline the best route and book your stays so everything feels seamless from the start.

    Best for travelers who want beautifully curated stays and a clear sense of direction, with just the right amount of structure.

    Easy Luxe ranges from $150–$650+ depending on the number of stops and trip complexity.

    • Curated hotel recommendations per stop (typically 1–2 exceptional options)

    • Routing and pacing guidance across one or more regions

    • Booking support with access to preferred perks and upgrades

    • Guidance on the best ways to travel between stops

THE ARCHITECT

  • The Architect is ideal for travelers who want a well-structured trip with curated hotels, guided tours and coordinated logistics. We design the framework, book the key elements and work with our trusted local partners to ensure your days flow smoothly.

    Best for travelers who want expert structure and thoughtfully arranged tours, while keeping meals and free time flexible.

    Starting at $750+ per week of travel for up to two guests

    Note: Complex itineraries, multi-region destinations or private-home villas may require an adjusted rate)

    • Strategic itinerary framework including routing, pacing, and overall flow

THE ACE

  • The Ace is our full-service planning experience for travelers who want every element of their trip thoughtfully shaped. From incredible hotels and guided tours to tailored dining and well-timed moments of exploration, we design a seamless day-to-day flow that balances access, discovery and ease.

    Best for travelers seeking a high-touch, concierge-level itinerary with a balance of structure, flexibility and access.

    Starting at $1,250 per week of travel for up two guests (adjusted based on destination complexity and trip style).

Additional Services

  • For travelers who already know where they want to stay, we’ll handle the reservation at select 4- and 5-star properties with access to agency perks and upgrades.

    Complimentary

  • Designed for travelers who already know where they’re headed and want our expertise finding the right place to stay. We’ll curate 2–3 standout hotel options for your destination, based on your travel style, priorities and the experience you’re looking for. Once selected, we’ll handle the booking with access to agency perks and upgrades.

    $100 per stop

  • From multigenerational vacations and birthday celebrations to retreats and social getaways, we make group travel feel effortless. We source the right properties, manage room blocks and coordinate group logistics so you can focus on the experience instead of the details.

    Fees are by custom proposal based on group size, trip complexity, and services requested.

Behind The Booking

  • Why We Charge Planning Fees

    We charge trip curation fees because each journey is deeply personal and thoughtfully tailoring it takes time, care, and expertise. These fees cover the research, insider access and behind-the-scenes work that go into creating a seamless, elevated travel experience from start to finish.

    Final travel curation fees are confirmed after our discovery call and based on total trip complexity, number of travelers and services requested.

  • Hotel Booking Policies & Minimums

    We handle hotel bookings for our clients as part of how we’re compensated for our services is through hotel commissions.

    We specialize in 4- and 5-star hotels and high-end boutique stays. Most of our clients spend $500–$1000+ per night on accommodations.

    We are unable to book award travel or points-based stays so we encourage clients to use points to book their roundtrip flights or save them for a trip they plan to book themselves.

  • What Flights We Can Book

    We are able to book business class and premium economy flights for our clients on international routes originating from the U.S.

    Domestic flights abroad (for instance, to travel around your destination or go from one country to the next) are best booked directly, although in some cases we can arrange these through our in-country partners.

  • Our Planning Timelines & Rush Fees

    Our planning process is designed to be thoughtful, collaborative, and thorough. We’re a boutique team that does high quality work. Ideally, we begin planning at least six months prior to your trip but we do accept trips starting in as few as eight weeks before your departure date.

    For trips departing in less than 8 weeks from the start of planning, a Rush Fee of $500+ will apply. This ensures dedicated time and support to meet your timeline and maintain the level of service we’re known for. Rush fees are quoted based on trip complexity and scope. Rush services are subject to our team’s capacity and may not be available.
